Cricket equipment for training and games:
-
U7 Skills and U8 Cricket Blast - all equipment is provided.
-
U9 to U11s - each team is issued a kit by the Club, which includes all equipment necessary for playing. So there is no requirement for players to have their own gear. However, we find that as players progress through the age groups, most tend to acquire their own gear, as a result the team kits for U12s and above is limited to items such as stumps, wicket keeping gloves and boundary cones, rather than individual items such as bats, gloves, helmets and pads. From U9 onwards, players must have their own abdominal protector or “box”, which can be purchased from sporting goods outlets.
If you would like to buy your own gear here is a starting list:
Abdominal Protector / 'Box', Batting Pads, Batting Gloves, Bat, Helmet, Kit bag
of the relevant products.
